• Please forward existing medical records before your appointment to save time!

The best way to get your pet’s medical records to us, is to fax it to (352) 528-3258. This will reduce the wait time you experience when you visit us and ensure that we have ample time to review any previous medical records before your appointment. These medical records can be tremendously insightful when it comes to understanding the current health and past health history of your pet. This comprehensive overview allows us to have the insight we need when it comes to providing the best care possible for your pet.

• We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment.

When you arrive early, it gives us ample time to organize and review your pet’s medical records while you wait. First-time clients must have their pet’s information entered directly into our database, so this extra time allows us to create a detailed profile on your pet before your scheduled appointment begins.
